DredgDikes Visited PRISMA in the UK

Our friends from Prisma Project (Promoting Integrated Sediment Management) organized site visits at the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads and presented their achievements regarding dredging, dewatering and sustainable sediment re-use.
On Tuesday 12 November a delegation of the DredgDikes project from Gdansk visited the Salhouse Broad, wherethe central theme is the beneficial re-use of dredged sediment for habitat creation and bank protection.
On Wednesday 13 November a trip was organised to the Hardley Dike where the dredging and dewatering trial was presented, with the BMS Submersible pump and geotunnel in action.

We are grateful to the Broads Authority for the invitation and for sharing their research.
